Main Street Wealth Global provides information about investment advisory, M&A advisory, capital-raising advisory, alternative investment management, and related services available through Main Street Wealth LLC. The Platform is intended for business professionals, qualified investors, and potential counterparties evaluating a transaction or engagement with Main Street Wealth.

Access to investment opportunities, mandates, or detailed deal information requires a separate engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement ('NDA') and is subject to applicable investor-qualification requirements.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. Information about investment opportunities, market conditions, valuations, or returns is illustrative and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, data, analysis, and software — is the property of Main Street Wealth LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you maintain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Information about specific mandates, transactions, clients, or investment opportunities made available through the Platform (including via the data room) is strictly confidential. By accessing such information you agree to:

Not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

Not use it for any competitive purpose or to circumvent Main Street Wealth in any transaction.

Return or destroy all confidential information upon request.

These obligations survive termination of your use of the Platform.

Main Street Wealth is subject to anti-money laundering ('AML') and know-your-customer ('KYC') obligations under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable international standards. Before entering into any mandate or investment engagement, we are required to verify the identity and source of funds of all counterparties. You agree to provide all information and documentation reasonably requested for AML/KYC purposes. We reserve the right to decline any engagement if we are unable to complete satisfactory due diligence.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Main Street Wealth, its directors, officers, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Any errors or omissions in the content of the Platform.

Any investment decision made on the basis of information on the Platform.

Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

The Platform and all content are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or — if agreed by the parties — to international arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with Tashkent or a mutually agreed seat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
